I'm back in the ol' flash game again, with my first cartoon in about 4 months. It feels good to be at it again.

This time around I'm giving another shot at the Sheriff Benson series, the way I originally intended it to be. Starting from the beginning, this new SB run will be much better in every sense of the word.

I have changed all of the original SB episodes to read "Ye Olde Sheriff Benson," in order to distinguish them from this new "season" of sorts.

Of course, it helps a great deal if you are familiar with the old Sheriff Benson cartoons. If you followed that original storyline, this one does not necessarily replace it, but links up with it seamlessly in the way that a sequel for a movie does. There will be references to earlier events and knowing what has happened in the past with our loveable gang will aid you in understanding the story.

In the first episode, we have amateur superhero Sheriff Benson making another attempt to get his superhero license. And like always, there is an interesting turn of events. Check it out:
